I must admit going through the questionnaire was a bit different for me,, it made me realise just how much stressed and burnt out I was,, I answered all questions truthfully & thought everything was just ok with my mental health and diet,, after my first consultation with Trish everything changed, it was nice (for a lack of a better word) to speak to someone who listens and made me realise being strong is not always ok, Trish made realise that it's ok to take care of myself and appreciate life as it comes, I made changes in my diet and started walking and journaling and I must say I'm a new and better person,, forever grateful ❤️
