Instructions for Use

• Unroll on a flat, clean surface.
• Use the alignment guides to position hands, feet, and body correctly in each pose.
• Clean after each practice with a mat cleaner spray or damp cloth.
• Roll loosely for storage — do not fold.

Tip: New rubber mats may have a natural rubber scent — air out for 24–48 hours before first use and clean with a diluted vinegar solution to neutralise the smell.
