Instructions for Use

Toe Towel: After washing or showering — especially after the gym or public facilities — use the tapered towel to thoroughly dry between each toe. Moisture trapped between the toes is the leading cause of fungal infections and odour.

San-O-Foot Spray: Spray directly onto clean, dry feet — including between the toes and on the soles. Allow to dry naturally. Use morning and evening, and always after training or using public showers or bathrooms.
