Instructions for Use

San-O-Foot Spray: After washing, spray directly onto clean feet — between the toes, on the soles, and around the nails. Allow to dry naturally. Use morning and evening for active infections, or once daily for prevention.

Toe Towel Stick: After showering, use the long-handled stick to dry thoroughly between each toe. The soft absorbent head reaches easily between toes without bending. Moisture trapped between the toes is the leading cause of fungal infections — this step is essential.
Tip: For active athlete’s foot or fungal infections, apply San-O-Foot twice daily and keep feet as dry as possible between applications. Most people notice significant improvement within 5–7 days.
