Instructions for Use

Toe Towel: After every shower — especially after the gym, pool, or public facilities — use the tapered towel to dry thoroughly between each toe. Moisture trapped between the toes is the leading cause of fungal infections. Keep one at home and one in your gym bag.

San-O-Foot Spray: Spray directly onto clean, dry feet — between the toes, on the soles, and around the nails. Allow to dry naturally. Use morning and evening for prevention, or twice daily on affected areas to clear an active infection.
Tip: For active athlete’s foot or fungal infections, apply San-O-Foot twice daily and keep feet as dry as possible between applications. Most people notice a significant improvement within 5–7 days.
