Instructions for Use
- Mix 1 sachet in 750ml of cold water (adjust to taste with 500–1000ml).
- Use pre-, during, or post-workout; on sauna or hot days; during travel; in the morning; or on low-carb and fasting days.
- Most people use 1–2 sachets per day depending on sweat, climate, diet, and body size.
