• Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday, 07:45 – 16:30
• Training Dates: 8 consecutive weekends
• Format: Live Zoom sessions + 6 optional in-studio days (Best of Both)
• Certification: 200-Hour RYS International Yoga Teacher Accreditation (Yoga Alliance Registered)
• Location: Life Retreat Studio, Somerset West — or 100% online
