Instructions for Use

  • Place the bolster under the hips, chest, or knees as required for each Yin pose.
  • Allow the body to fully relax into the bolster — no muscular effort required.
  • Hold poses for 3–10 minutes for maximum connective tissue benefit.
  • Breathe slowly and deeply throughout each pose.

Tip: The longer you hold a Yin pose with bolster support, the deeper the connective tissue release — start with 3 minutes and gradually work toward 5–10 minutes as your practice develops.

  • Firm, supportive fill with a comfortable, washable cover
  • Remove cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle
  • Air dry the cover before replacing
