Instructions for Use

• Unroll on a flat, clean surface — choose plain or ridged side depending on your practice.
• Clean after each practice with a damp cloth or our Yoga Mat Cleaner Spray – Natural HOCl Sanitiser.
• Roll loosely and secure with the carry strap for transport.
• Air dry before rolling for storage.

Tip: Use the ridged side for extra grip during dynamic or sweaty practices, and the plain side for restorative or Yin yoga sessions.
