About Health Coaching & Wellness Consultations

At Life Retreat, our goal is to guide and support you on your wellness journey.

Our lifestyle consultations are designed to uncover the root causes of your ailments or illnesses and empower you to make meaningful changes for a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.

We take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on balancing your mind, body, heart and soul. Together, we’ll explore key areas such as diet, sleep, stress management, exercise, hydration, and—most importantly—daily routines and rituals. By emphasising a healthy lifestyle, we aim to help you unlock your full potential.

About Trish Taylor

Trish is a highly qualified expert who studied Psychology and is a Registered Herbalist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher. She firmly believes that true healing begins when we nurture the mind, body, heart and soul in unison.

Consultation Options

To ensure your experience is Taylored to your needs, you will receive a confidential questionnaire before your consultation. This allows Trish to create a personalized plan and provide advice to address your unique concerns.

Please note that all of the below are WhatsApp Consultations, but you are Welcome to meet me in-person if you wish for and extra R100 per consultation

30-Minute Consultation

A focused, interactive session where we’ll address your primary health concerns and recommend specific lifestyle changes to improve your energy, balance, and overall wellness.

Recommended as a follow up Consultation

1-Hour Consultation

A deep dive into your wellness journey. During this session, we’ll create a complete, personalised lifestyle plan and discuss actionable steps to achieve your health goals and alleviate symptoms.

Recommended for 1st Consultation

Complete Ayurvedic Lifestyle Plan with Consultation

This comprehensive package includes a fully customized Ayurvedic lifestyle plan Taylored specifically to your needs. After reviewing your completed questionnaire, Trish will prepare your plan, which will be discussed during a detailed 1-hour consultation to guide you on your path to wellness.

Recommended for 1st Consultation & Wellness planning

Complete Ayurvedic Lifestyle Plan (No Consultation)

Perfect for those who prefer a self-guided approach, this option provides a personalised Ayurvedic lifestyle plan based on your completed questionnaire. The plan will be sent directly to you, enabling you to begin your journey at your own pace.

Recommended for 1st Wellness Plan

Preparation for Your Consultation

Once you book your session, we will email you a confidential questionnaire. This allows us to prepare a unique healing plan Taylored to your needs. Please complete and return the questionnaire at least 24 hours before your appointment.

All consultations are conducted via WhatsApp call for your convenience, or at Life Retreat in Somerset West for an extra R100 for in-person meeting.

Thanks for Allowing Myself Me Time

I do allow myself extra rest when I feel like it on a lot of the mornings. It also feels less like an obligation and more like a refuelling exercise than when I do have mornings to myself.

Oh my word Dee
We all need 'me time' as how would we ever look after others if we dont look after ourselves 1st

I am feeling so much more self-aware of my body and the signs it shows me.

Somehow my mind is aligning so well too.

Not feeling so mentally fatigued as I was with stress.

Incorporating body movement and meditation in the mornings,

Finally I have energy again!

My energy levels have definitely improved, I am doing my best to eat those full 3 meals a day and making sure what we eat at home is made of good protein and fibre options.
