Practising in such a beautiful natural setting at Lourensford brings a sense of calm and connection that you simply don’t get in a studio. I leave every class feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely recharged.
The class itself with the instructor was good but the location felt incredibly awkward. There was so much foot traffic and hearing the restaurant took away from what I expected to be a relaxing session in nature.

Our Teacher is lovely and everyone enjoys the Class
It is difficult for us to find quiet spaces on the farm, as Sundays are a busy day
But thankfully most Sundays only start getting busy once we have completed our Class
Please give us another try, and we will gladly offer you a Free class

The only Outdoor classes we are running at the moment are Sundays at 9;15
All our other morning classes are at 8;15
