Palo Santo – Cleanse Your Space, Calm Your Mind & Deepen Your Sacred Practice

Palo Santo — meaning "Holy Wood" in Spanish — has been used for centuries by indigenous South American cultures for energy cleansing, meditation, and spiritual ritual. Its warm, woody, slightly sweet fragrance is instantly calming, grounding, and uplifting — creating a sacred atmosphere that supports deep meditation, mindfulness, and intentional living.

A simple, powerful ritual for clearing stagnant energy and inviting peace into your space.

Benefits

  • Clears stagnant, negative, or heavy energy from your space
  • Promotes deep calm, grounding, and mental clarity
  • Enhances meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices
  • Naturally repels insects with its aromatic smoke
  • Uplifts mood and reduces stress and anxiety
  • Creates a sacred, intentional atmosphere for ritual and reflection

Instructions for Use

  • Hold the Palo Santo stick at a 45-degree angle and light the tip with a candle or lighter.
  • Allow it to burn for 30–60 seconds, then gently blow out the flame.
  • The stick will continue to smoulder and release fragrant smoke.
  • Move through your space, allowing the smoke to cleanse each room or area.
  • Set an intention as you cleanse — what energy are you inviting in?
  • Rest the stick in a fireproof dish or abalone shell when not in use.
  • The stick will self-extinguish — it does not need to burn completely.

Tip: Open a window while cleansing to allow stagnant energy and smoke to leave your space — this completes the energetic clearing process.
