Surrounded by art, nature, and tranquillity, our studio offers the perfect environment to unwind, recharge, and strengthen your body and mind.

Just a short drive from Cape Town (30 minutes) and conveniently located for Helderberg residents, Life Retreat is open seven days a week, with multiple classes daily to suit every schedule and fitness level.

Your Membership Includes

• Unlimited access to all yoga and Pilates classes, seven days a week.
• A wide range of Yoga Modalities, including Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Beginners, and Power Yoga.
• Access to both indoor and outdoor classes, held amidst the stunning gardens and mountain views of Lourensford.
• Optional private sessions in-studio or at home (on request).
• Online class access included in every membership — join from anywhere, anytime.
• Earn 100 Discovery Vitality Points for every class you attend.

Parking Access

Once registered as a member, please email your vehicle registration number to studio@liferetreat.co.za for parking access.
For R395 per annum, you’ll enjoy unlimited entry to Lourensford Estate, seven days a week.

Refund Policy

• All memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
  Class schedules, membership inclusions, and service details are available to review prior to purchase.
• In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Life Retreat, a refund may be considered. Where a refund is approved, a 30% handling and administration fee will be deducted to cover payment processing, administrative costs, and reserved capacity, including system setup, booking administration, and staff time.
• Life Retreat is not responsible for unused memberships, missed classes, or services not utilised during the membership period.
• Life Retreat reserves the right to offer an alternative to a refund, including a membership pause, transfer to another person, or store credit, in place of a monetary refund.
• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
