Time To Stop Medicating Your Children

Time To Stop Medicating Your Children
This is a topic close to my heart — and one I believe every parent needs to hear.
We live in a world that has become far too quick to reach for a prescription the moment a child shows signs of struggle. Anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, behavioural challenges — conditions that in many cases have deep roots in nutrition, gut health, environment, and emotional wellbeing — are increasingly being managed with medication rather than addressed at the source.
I am not anti-medicine. There are absolutely cases where medication is necessary and life-changing. But I am deeply concerned about how quickly we are reaching for it — and how rarely we are asking: what is the root cause?
I have written about this in depth in my first Substack article. I would love for you to read it, share it, and give me your honest feedback. The more I hear from you, the more relevant and helpful I can make my writing — because this journey is not mine alone. It belongs to all of us who are choosing to heal naturally.
