Drink a glass of warm water, optionally with lemon, to awaken your digestive system — avoid cold water as it can dampen your digestive fire.

5. Movement and Breathwork

According to Ayurveda, digestive fire (agni) peaks between 12 and 2 PM. Eating your main meal during this window supports optimal digestion and energy.

Warm sesame or coconut oil supports lymphatic flow and promotes deep, restful, restorative sleep.

3. Digital Sunset

Power down screens 1–2 hours before bed. The blue light from devices disrupts melatonin production and interferes with your natural sleep cycle.

4. Create a Sleep Sanctuary

Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. Consider diffusing calming essential oils and aim for a consistent bedtime between 9:30 and 10:30 PM.
